Read chat and keep the conversation going
Read Douyin livestream chat, generate answers with ModelFold and speak them aloud. Configure a persona, recent conversation context, duplicate filtering and reply intervals.
Welcome viewers and fill quiet moments
Play welcome messages when viewers arrive and preset introductions during quiet periods. Templates are editable; preset speech does not call the model or use model credits.
Gift and like interactions
Gift messages can join a priority reply queue. Like events can be collected; dedicated like responses are planned. Real gift interactions still need validation.
Live2D animation and lip sync
Voice volume drives mouth movement, alongside blinking, breathing and small gestures. Choose backgrounds, aspect ratios and captions, then capture video and audio in OBS or a livestreaming companion.
Printer interaction mode · Planned
A planned mode would turn viewer messages or interaction results into printed notes. Printer connections and automatic printing are not included in the current demo.
Free setup, credit-powered replies
The app is free. AI replies use your ModelFold API key and are charged by actual model usage. Try the scene with mock chat and offline scripts without calling a model.

Download and install
Choose your installer: macOS 12+ (Apple silicon or Intel), or Windows 10/11 64-bit. Drag the Mac app to Applications or run the Windows setup wizard.

Set your key, room and persona
Enter your ModelFold API key and livestream room, then choose a voice, background and persona. Start with mock chat and offline scripts to explore the interface.

Preview before going live
Add the avatar video and audio sources in OBS or your livestreaming companion. Check sound, captions and AI labels, then follow platform rules and keep a human ready to take over.

Can I build an AI livestream for free?+
The app is free. Preset welcomes, idle introductions and offline scripts do not call a model. AI replies consume ModelFold credits based on actual model usage; hardware, network and platform costs may also apply.
Can I download it now? Which computers are supported?+
Supports macOS 12 or later on Apple silicon and Intel, and Windows 10/11 64-bit. English and Chinese UI. Live collection and speech require internet access; AI replies require your own ModelFold API key.
Which livestream platforms work?+
The prototype focuses on Douyin and outputs through OBS or a livestreaming companion. Collection compatibility can change with the platform. Other integrations are planned.
Are gifts, likes and printers ready?+
Gift decoding and priority queuing are implemented, but real gift events still need validation. Like events can be collected; dedicated responses are planned. Printer interaction is not implemented yet.
What should I check before streaming?+
Review and follow the platform’s current rules, retain required AI-generated or virtual-host labels, complete required identity checks and keep a human supervising and ready to take over. Do not use AI Live Room for unattended streams or prohibited content.
Can I use the demo avatar commercially?+
The sample Live2D avatar is for demonstration. Before commercial use, check licenses for the model, music and other assets, and replace them with your own or commercially licensed assets as needed.
